It’s that mythical creature of the Army usually some crusty E-4 or E-5 who lives in the TOC (Tactical Operations Center).
They don’t really “do” much besides hoard Rip-Its, pogey bait, and random supplies while pretending they’re essential to the mission. They’re the first to claim they’re “too busy” but are usually napping in a chair, guarding the radios, or making PowerPoints no one reads.
Basically, the gremlin of the command post — feeding off chaos, shamming hard, and somehow still surviving every field problem.
